Description

Taking inspiration from the Panther 9C, the Nova Cats developed the Panther IIC for their Provisional Garrison Clusters. Built around a 210 rated Fusion Core sourced from captured Spiders, the Panther IIC mounts an extra 2 jump jets; making it faster and more agile then the Panther 9C. Mimicking the 9C, the IIC carries an ER Large Laser and an SRM-6; though it swaps the 16 Heat Sinks for 10 Clan Double Heat Sinks.
