Description

This early Blackjack prototype started along a completely different path for the 'Mech. Focusing on close in weapons, the BJ-1X has four Flamers and four Medium Lasers. The BJ-1X also focused more on speed than jump maneuverability, increasing the engine size while removing the Jump Jets.
