The Arrow IV is a stand-alone, missile based, artillery system, designed to augment conventional systems such as the Long Tom and the Sniper. It was first introduced by the Terran Hegemony in 2600 and became a staple of the Star League Defense Force. Although the technology to create Arrow IVs was lost during the Star League's collapse, it was recovered by Capellan Confederation engineers in 3044 working off of surviving examples and the Helm Memory Core.

- Weapon carries internal ammo for a single attack.
- When using Artillery mode, an initial round of bracing and aiming is required before being able to fire the weapon.
- Most accuracy and evasion ignore modifiers from other equipment, affinities and skills do not apply to this weapon.
- Deals area-of-effect damage within 120 meters of impact
- Weapon base damage is converted into Area of Effect, direct hit damage reduced 80%
- Artillery Mode: May fire at any hex in range. -5 Accuracy. Can not hit units directly.
- Flak Mode: Allows firing of HE munitions at airborne targets. -3 Accuracy. No min range.
- Direct Fire Mode: May fire at ground units within 425 meters. {0} Accuracy.
- Indirect mode: Can't fire at targets closer than 180 meters.
- Direct mode: Can't fire at targets closer than 90 meters.
- -30% chance to to be shot down by AMS.
- Missile has 30 HP.
- 2000 Cbills Cost per Shot.
- Recoil Change based on your evasion. Base Recoil multiplied by number of Evasion Pips to the power of 0.1
- Accuracy Change based on your evasion. Base Accuracy multiplied by number of Evasion Pips to the power of -0.067
- 25 Stability damage to self when fired in Direct & Flak mode, reduced by Piloting and Unit Tonnage. Further reduced by -100 if braced during the prior round, moving before firing cancels this reduction.
- Internal Ammo Storage can explode for 100 damage, 25 heat and 12.5 stability per remaining shot on weapon destruction.
